Gas pipeline fitter — Angus

Join our team: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Angus, Scotland. The job is at a boiler and appliance service centre. Your main tasks: • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply Ideal candidate: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Full-time, day shift.
