Aluminium TIG welder wanted in Mississippi County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Mississippi County, Arkansas. You will be based on a structural steel site. The role involves: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
