Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Alpine County, California. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) On the job you will handle: • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $19 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
