Crawler crane operator • Mason County, Kentucky

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Mason County, Kentucky. You will work on a high-rise tower crane. Day to day you will keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift. Ideal candidate: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
