Now hiring: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Obi Nwga, Abia State. You will work in a car refinishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to read and match factory paint codes Day-to-day duties: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
