Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Punctual with reliable attendance • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Your main tasks: • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
