Kitchenhand wanted in Brighton and Hove

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Brighton and Hove, England. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
