Precision welder — Nassau County

Join our team: we are hiring a precision welder in Nassau County, New York. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium You will clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
