Urgent requirement: powder spray gun operator (South Dakota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Sanborn County, South Dakota. You will work at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $19 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
