Site safety steward — Maui County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a site safety steward in Maui County, Hawaii. You will update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
