Great opportunity: we are hiring a production helper in Conejos County, Colorado. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work On a typical shift you will change over tooling and settings between product runs; weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch; read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs); keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping; carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces; check products against the sample for colour, size and finish. 4+ years on the tools preferred. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
