Your main tasks: • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Rotating shifts.
