Plant operator — City of Saint Louis

We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator in City of Saint Louis, Missouri. You will work at a landfill site. On the job you will handle: • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings 3+ years on the tools preferred.
