Urgent requirement: stamping press operator (Abia State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Umu-Nneochi, Abia State. You will be based at a busy press shop. The role involves feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges 5+ years on the tools preferred.
