Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Turner County, South Dakota. You will be based in a catering unit. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
