Back-of-house cleaner • Petroleum County, Montana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Petroleum County, Montana. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On the job you will handle: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
