Kitchen steward • Tarmua, Yobe State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Tarmua, Yobe State. You will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
