Body shop technician • Bayfield County, Wisconsin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a body shop technician in Bayfield County, Wisconsin. The role involves: • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
