EHS coordinator wanted in Aberdeenshire

Vacancy available: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. You will work at a manufacturing plant. You should have: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Day to day you will take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height. 2+ years on the tools preferred. £125 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
