Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Hamilton County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing The role involves erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
