Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble mason in Chautauqua County, New York. Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools an advantage • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish The role involves: • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
