Immediate opening: head baker (Montana)

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Cascade County, Montana. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
