Join our team: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Montgomery County, Alabama. The job is on a busy housing site. The role involves building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage Six days a week, one day off.
