Concrete finisher wanted in Ontonagon County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Ontonagon County, Michigan. You will be based at an infrastructure site. Requirements: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Day-to-day duties: • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
