Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
