Refrigeration technician • Assumption Parish, Louisiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Assumption Parish, Louisiana. The job is on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns Day to day you will trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; service split AC units and VRF systems; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
