Urgent requirement: gas meter installer (Oregon)

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Sherman County, Oregon. You will be based at a boiler and appliance service centre. You should have: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing The role involves install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray.
