Paint booth operator • Plymouth County, Massachusetts

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Plymouth County, Massachusetts. The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience.
