Immediate opening: commis chef (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Big Stone County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
