Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welder in Clear Creek County, Colorado. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions Requirements: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
