Urgent requirement: dishwashing attendant (South Dakota)

Join our team: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Aurora County, South Dakota. Day to day you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
