Requirements: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • CSCS card or willing to obtain one On a typical shift you will dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush.
