Now hiring: we are hiring an industrial painter in Western Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. You will be based at a property maintenance company. What we are looking for: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish Your main tasks: • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Sand and fill walls before applying primer At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
