Bar bender and fixer • Macon County, Missouri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Macon County, Missouri. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. You will fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine. Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
