Great opportunity: tiling assistant (Michigan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Oscoda County, Michigan. You will be based in a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. On a typical shift you will set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system. What we are looking for: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits.
