Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Issaquena County, Mississippi. The job is in a catering unit. The role involves: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Full-time, day shift.
