The role involves mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. Ideal candidate: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Full-time, day shift.
