Powder coater • Monroe County, Indiana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Monroe County, Indiana. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. On a typical shift you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
