Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Todd County, Minnesota. You will work on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
