Urgent requirement: tig welder (South Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tig welder in Anderson County, South Carolina. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Requirements: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Day-to-day duties: • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
