Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwasher in Highlands County, Florida. You will work at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day to day you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
