Concrete labourer • Marshall County, Alabama

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Marshall County, Alabama. The job is on a road and bridge project. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works You will cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
