You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Part-time with flexible hours.
