Bulldozer operator wanted in City of Harrisonburg

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in City of Harrisonburg, Virginia. You will be based on a busy construction site. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster Day-to-day duties: • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Check for underground cables and services before digging At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
