You should have: • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • Valid driving licence On the job you will handle: • Bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear • Road-test vehicles to confirm the repair • Replace alternators, starter motors and batteries • Read fault codes and clear them after the repair • Estimate repair costs and order the right parts • Diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
