Day-to-day duties: • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers Requirements: • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Able to cut glass accurately to size Rotating shifts.
