Immediate opening: we are hiring a tyre service technician in Marlboro County, South Carolina. The job is at a roadside mobile fitting unit. On a typical shift you will demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine; fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly; rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule; check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear; balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • Awareness of workshop health and safety Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
