Urgent requirement: painter (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a painter in Lauderdale County, Tennessee. The job is at a property maintenance company. Day to day you will clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Six days a week, one day off.
