Your main tasks: • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Punch orders into the billing/POS system • Meet daily and monthly sales targets • Collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up • Demonstrate product features and pricing on the shop floor What we are looking for: • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills • Willing to work on a commission/incentive basis 2+ years on the tools preferred.
