Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Ido-Osi, Ekiti State. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils.
